How to Resolve Reporting Server Issue show User id and Password Frontend and Backend

First Login into your Reporting Server and then 

Click on Data Source  and than

Again you will get Data Sources click on that then

you will get Properties then go down you will get Using the following credentials  you must check on it 

and then Enter your User id and Password  then click on Test Connection if Connection is successfully then Click on Apply Button
